Type A - 3 Bedroom Static Caravan, 2 Twins & 1 Double, Pets allowed @ £2 per pet per night. Facilities: FreeView TV, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, electric and gas heating, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, shower, hand wash basin, separate WC and hand wash basin.
Type B- 2 Bedroom Static Caravan, 1Twin & 1 Double, No Pets. Facilities: FreeView TV, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, electric and gas heating, gas cooker, fridge, shower, hand wash basin, WC.
Deposit - 20% per caravan per week
The Balance of Payment is due in full on arrival. Cheques with a Guarantee Card and cash will be accepted. We do have a card swiping facility. A £25 deposit is payable on arrival for breakages, excess cleaning etc refundable on departure.
Mid-week and Part-week Bookings - Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but during early and late season mid-week and part-week bookings can be accepted subject to availability. Minimum 2 night stay. No mid-week/part-week bookings between 24th July and 3rd September.
Arrival and Departure Times - Caravans are available from 2pm on arrival day until midday on departure day. For arrivals after 10pm please le us know beorehand so we can mae special arrangements.
Pets - Dogs are welcome prviding they are kept on a lead and exercised off the park in order to keep the grass clean for children to play on. Please do not leave them unattended in the caravan and please keep them off the seats and beds. A dog walk parallels the park.
Shops - We have a shop on site which stocks all your essentials. There is also a supermarket in the nearby town of Redruth.
Laundry - A laundry room is provided with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and sinks. An iron is available from reception at a small cost.
Speed Limit - In the interests of safety and comfort vehicles must not exceed 5 mph. Vehicles may only be driven by fully qualified, licenced and insured drivers.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING: Please bring your own pillows, duvets, sheets and towels
All caravans have COLOUR TV, FULL-SIZED FRIDGE, MICROWAVE and HEATER
There is NO CHARGE for electricity or gas used in our holiday caravans
