Provisional bookings can be accepted by telephone on (01209) 891496, but must be confirmed within 7 days, otherwise they will be cancelled.

The Balance of Payment is due on arrival; cheques with guarantee card and cash will be accepted. We do not have a card swiping facility.

Damage and Cleaning Deposit. Those wishing to rent one of the caravans will be required to pay a £50 deposit which will be returnable on departure after the caravan has been inspected by the park owners. This deposit is taken to ensure that any breakages or damage caused to the caravan is covered and also that the state of the caravan is left clean and tidy.

Mid-week and Part-week Bookings for Holiday Caravans. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday but during Early and Late Season, mid-week and part-week bookings can be accepted subject to accommodation being available, they cannot be accepted between 8th April & 22nd April, 29th April & 6th May. 27th May & 3rd June and 15th July & 2nd September 2006. for part-week bookings the charge will be one-sixth of the appropriate weekly tariff

Arrival and Departure Times. Caravans are available from 2 pm on day of arrival until midday on day of departure. Arrivals later than 10 pm please let us know beforehand and we can make special arrangements.

Pets. Dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a lead and exercised off the park in order to keep the grass clean for children to play on. Please do not leave them unattended in the caravans and please keep them off the seats and beds. A dog walk runs parallel to the park.

Shops. We have a shop on site which stocks all your essentials. There is also a supermarket in the nearby town of Redruth.
Laundry. A laundry room is provided with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and sinks, (there is also an iron available from reception at a small cost).

Speed limit. In the interest of safety and comfort, vehicles must not exceed 5 m.p.h. Vehicles may only be driven by fully qualified and licensed drivers.

There is NO CHARGE for all ELECTRICITY or GAS used in our holiday caravans.
