On The Campsite

The facilities block (shower, toilets and wash up area) will be closed completely between 12 and 2pm for professional deep cleaning and will be checked at cleaned in the morning and evening.  When possible windows and doors will be kept open to increase ventilation. Hand sanitiser will continue to be available at the entry points.

We encourage you to wear a face covering in our shop/reception. The screens over the counter will still be in place, with doors and windows open and because it is a small area we ask that you wait in the foyer if there is someone at the reception counter.

You will no longer be required to wear a face covering in the shower block, but we ask that you don't queue inside and use alternate sinks where possible.

You are encouraged to wear a face covering in the indoor wash up and laundry area. As you are often in there for longer periods of time and it is a smaller indoor space we encourage you to wear a face covering when others are present, to use alternate sinks and preferably send one person only to do the washing up. Please consider using the outside sinks when possible.

The campers freezer (in the wash up area) remains for ice-blocks only - no food or drink allowed. Ice-blocks to be placed in a named bag.

Day Visitors

We need to know who is on the park at all times, so all day visitors must be pre-booked each and every day they are here.

  • We permit no more than one set of visitors (4 people max) per booking.

  • Visitors cars must be parked in the car-park with the permission slip on the dashboard showing (available from reception)

  • All day visitors must leave by 10pm.

  • In busy times (May half term, July and August) there is a small charge for day visitors.

Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool

The pool is open in May half term (27th May - 5th June) and high season (15th July - 4th Sept) only. Providing no COVID 19 capacity limits are in place at this time we plan to offer both bookable slots for individual use during the day and an open session 4pm to 8pm. As it is a small pool the total capacity at any time is 14 people. You will receive an email link to book the pool before your arrival. Pool slots can only be booked 2 days in advance - one slot per group per day. All those 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (a parent/carer) at all times.

Coronavirus Booking Promise

Any new bookings (made directly with us) that are unable to go ahead due to a national or local lockdown, will be  fully refunded.

As always, we recommend that guests purchase holiday insurance to cover illness (including Covid-19), needing to self isolate due to Test and Trace or any other circumstance that would affect your stay. There are a number of companies now offering Covid-19 related cover at reasonable prices for UK travel (e.g. Post Office Covid-19 Travel Cover/Trailfinders Travel Insurance).
