Our two static caravans are mature but well cared for and offer a great value budget stay. Sleeping a maximum of four they are ideal for a small family or grandparents travelling with a camping family. One is pet friendly.

The caravans are in the middle of the park, with lovely views across the valley and are opposite pitches 19 and 20.  When staying in a static van you can access all the park's facilities too.

The static caravans are 2005 BK Bluebirds (28ft x 10ft). They are single glazed and have a gas fire in the main room and an electric heater in the main bedroom. We can also provide a portable electric radiator if required.

The kitchen is equipped with basic range of crockery, utensils and pans; please do contact us if you would like a copy of the full inventory.  There is a small fridge (no freezer), microwave, kettle and toaster. You will need to bring your own tea towels, towels, oven gloves (if cooking!) and infant highchairs if needed. Don't forget the usual self catering items too; washing up liquid, cloths, bin bags, loo roll, kitchen roll, plastic bags, clingfilm.

The caravans have two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The single beds are caravan sized and are 6ft long and 2ft 3" wide. The beds will have mattress protectors on and we provide duvets (4.5 tog in the summer 10 tog in the cooler months) and pillows which will be sanitized using a spray disinfectant in between customers (we use an ultra-Low Volume (ULV) Fogging machine). However, we know that some guests will prefer to bring their own duvets and pillows which of course is absolutely fine – please let us know beforehand and we will remove any that are not needed.

Bedding linen (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcase) is not provided, but can be hired. The costs are £12 for a double bed and £10 per single bed, and it must be booked in advance. You can add this on as an optional extra when booking.

If travelling with infants you will need to bring your own a travel cot. Please note that there is not room for a travel cot in the bedrooms, and you will need to put the cot in the front room at night.

The are coat hangers in the wardrobe and overhead cupboard storage in the main bedroom. We don't keep irons and ironing boards in the vans, but we have one to borrow at reception if needed. You will need to bring your own hairdryer.

The bathroom contains a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

There is a freeview TV in each van. Unfortunately due to COVID we have had to remove all high touch items like games and books so please do bring your own. It can be particularly hard to get a good phone signal inside the caravans, which we know can be frustrating at times.  The quality of our WiFi is limited by the slow broadband connection in this part of Cornwall, so is for browsing only. Please enjoy the chance to be away from it all (if you can!) and remember to download any books or movies before you arrive.  You will have a better data/WiFi signal near the middle of the park by the facilities block or in reception area at the top of the park, and in an emergency please do ask at reception for help.

Outside the caravan two chairs are provided and there is room for you to bring your own beach/camping chairs if more are needed. We sell disposable BBQs in the shop and if you use these or bring your own please ensure that they are raised off the round using the pavement slab to protect the grass.

You will have a great view of our amazing sunsets too.....
